• Specifications, grades, tolerances and sizes shown are for general guidance and may vary by batch or order.
• Product images are for illustration only and the actual product may differ in appearance.
• The final specification of any supply is the one confirmed in our written quotation or order acknowledgement.

Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

• An enquiry submitted through our website is a request for information and does not create a binding order.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are subject to material availability and changes in raw material prices.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing or by email.
• Custom-cut, machined or made-to-drawing items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, freight, packing and other charges unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation or order confirmation. Material is dispatched only after the agreed payment has been received.

Delivery

We supply from our plant at MIDC Bhosari, Pune to locations across India. Delivery timelines given are estimates and may be affected by material availability, transport conditions or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once they are handed over to the transporter, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Inspection and Claims

Please inspect the material on receipt. Any shortage, transit damage or quality concern must be reported to us in writing with photographs within 7 days of delivery. Claims are not accepted for material that has been machined, modified, welded or used after delivery, or for damage caused by improper handling, storage or application.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Kamal Hydrotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kamal Hydrotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
