Checked at Every Stage
Our quality team follows a strict quality control plan from raw material to dispatch, so every rod and tube meets the contracted specification.

Raw Material Inspection
Steel sourced from reliable vendors is checked for grade (EN8, EN31, C45, 42CrMo4, SS) and certificates before it enters production.

In-Process Control
Diameter, roundness and straightness are measured during peeling, grinding and honing at each stage.

Plating Thickness Check
Hard chrome deposit is verified to the specified 15–25 micron thickness and adhesion.

Surface Finish Testing
Roughness is tested to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm so seals run smoothly and last longer.

Final Inspection
Every finished product is checked against the order on dimensions, finish and visual quality.

Packing & Dispatch
Rods and tubes are wrapped and packed to arrive without dents, scratches or corrosion.
